Eurostars Los Agustinos - Haro

Loved the historic-style building and our decent size room with comfortable bed. The hotel was set in a very central area not far from many restaurants and several wineries with excellent wine bars and night life / food / drinks / nearby wineries and public transport.

The queen room we were given had satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe.

No negatives from this place.

Its a very good hotel with good location, however i think the service level definately requires improvement, esp. the front desk

Very tastefully decorated hotel with friendly staff. Lavish surroundings. Loved the covered central courtyard with classical music.

Generally, the place was gorgeous and had outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. The restaurant here was pleasant for evening meals, we both ordered excellent dishes. The location was great: a market and shops were within walking distance.

The building is outstanding, something that Spain does really well these old converted monasteries and palaces

The simple things are not so good for a hotel of this 'quality': the mattrass was really poor, the room was too warm. Good for one night only!

Spoiler alert, it's worth it!

The charm of this historic building is undeniable, with its amazing atrium and spacious rooms. Perfectly situated for exploring local wineries, we enjoyed a relaxing atmosphere. Although some services lagged, the staff's helpfulness shone through. A nice stay that left us wanting more-definitely a hidden gem in the wine region.

This hotel is situated centrally. We loved the charming atmosphere and the beautiful atrium where we enjoyed relaxing after a day of adventures with our kids. The breakfasts were good too!

In my wife's opinion, a play area for kids would be great.

this is one of the best hotels i have statyed in, it has so much character and the restaurant was brilliant. if you love rioja, try marques de teran 2001 red it was very very good!!

Units with comfortable beds. The marvellous and absolutely perfect location for the price, really close to the center of the Rioja region as well as cafes.

Excellent location and facilities, stunning architecture, big rooms, the ambience was peaceful and relaxing.

Good hotel with respectful staff, great wi-fi, a lovely restaurant, and a relaxing bar. I still remember how they helped me find my lost jewel during my first stay. Highly recommend trying the salads!
